To log on for your benefits information using the Target Pay and Benefits Login Portal, you must have an account on the site. If you have not done it yet or you are a new Target team member, you can proceed with the following steps to register on the site and create your Target Employee Benefits Account.

Reaching the Pre-authentication Home Page, click on the “Team Members Log on for your benefits information” from the middle.

Click on the “New User?” link found below the Logon button.

Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and select your Birth Date as your personal identification.

How to Log In Target Employee Benefits Online Account

Once you set up your Target Employee Benefits Online Account, you can log into the Target Pay and Benefits Login portal as a registered Target team member. To do that, you will need to

Target Employee Login Guide Step by Step

The current team members of Target Corporation who are not separately registered for the My Pay and Benefits login portal can also access the site. They can do it by using their Target Login ID and Password that they commonly use to log in to the Target Computing Resources like Target computers and applications.

Next, you can select the red “Click Here” button found on the ‘Current Team Member box’ at the top left of the Target My Pay & Benefits page.

Recover Target Employee Benefits Login Password

If an email is not attached to your file, you will be sent your new password by postal mail.
